An urgent enforcement order to prevent any further private prosecution actions from former president Jacob Zuma on News24 specialist legal journalist Karyn Maughan and senior State advocate Billy Downer will be heard on Friday.

A full Bench of judges in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg is expected to hear the application that is urging the court to prevent any actions from Zuma's private prosecution against Maughan and Downer.

This includes an upcoming private prosecution court date on 4 August.
