Balancing a professional life and a happy home can be quite challenging and in this episode, we unpack how to successfully find a balance in both while still being true to yourself. 

Wife, mother, musician and vice-president at one of the country’s banks are just some of the titles Ncebakazi Msomi holds. She joins our resident makoti, Siya Tsewu, and lets us in on how she finds stability in the roles she plays.

“I’ve literally seen people who are strained in their marriages and at work, simply because they work 9-5 and get home to all this cleaning and managing of babies, but …”

Ncebakazi advises people to not be amanqatha. The literal translation would be the fat on red meat but colloquially understood to mean 'do not be annoying'.
