PICS: Inside MTN's second IoT Conference

Johannesburg - The Internet of Things (IoT) seeks to create a more efficient world through multiple devices connected to one-another through the web.

On Thursday, MTN Business hosted their second MTN IoT Conference at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

The conference saw over 400 attendees and aimed to showcase the latest trends and opportunities in the IoT industry.

Krugerbrau, a craft beer brewery, is using flow monitors to track the amount of beer being sold through IoT

A range of smart geyser and smart plugs by IoT company carbonTRACK

Huawei's range of smart plugs and smart monitoring systems, along with Amazon's Alexa.
