These Facebook accounts are the fake Nene:
This Facebook account has been confirmed by the Treasury as the authentic account, although it only has one like… so far:
“These accounts are part of ongoing attempts to con the public, both in South Africa and abroad, of their hard-earned money,” the Treasury said in a statement. “These include bogus letters or emails, which purport to be from the ministry and associated institutions.”
“The Ministry condemns the use of minister’s name and photographs, and reiterates that such scams can only succeed to the extent that members of the public fall for them because of their unquenchable thirst for easy money.”
This is not the first time the minister’s name has been used in vain, or to gain. News24 reported on May 26 about a fake Nene Twitter account:

"Minister Nene does not have a twitter account," spokesperson Zwikhodo Netshituni said in a statement. "...The twitter account with a handle @NhlanhlaNeneZA is counterfeit."The account with 3 603 followers had tweeted 17 times and had a picture of Nene on its profile at the time of the story, but has since been disabled.
