Cape Town - The website for First National Bank (FNB) is down.
FNB's website was completely unavailable on Monday morning with users being presented with a "Connection timed out" error.
The mobile banking app was also unavailable on Monday but ATMs appeared to working normally.
Earlier on Monday morning Mo Hassem, FNB's chief information officer, said intermittent connectivity was a key reason for the downtime.
Later on Monday morning, FNB said it managed to fix the problem. (Click on the link below to read more.)
