Fin24 recently published an article in which user Neil Vorster tells how he financed his daughters' university education from the rewards he reaped from townhouse investments. His daughter Sam sent the following response:
I am one of Neil's daughters (the one studying nature conservation) and have not only reaped the benefits of my dad's ability to provide an education that only few can dream of, but also have a mentor who has schooled me in the ways of property even before I wanted to know about it.
This means I can follow my dreams without a worry about earning enough, or worrying about a pension or anything.
Who needs to work for money when money is working for you? And the best bit?
I'll be able to follow in my dad's footprints in buying property: I have an amazing mentor, a head start financially coming out of varsity with no debt (and a property) AND I have several years' head start as well.
