7 reasons to sell your home with Eazi

Spring has seen the green shoots of increasing activity at Eazi real estate agency take further root as we transition into summer. Eazi’s confirmed sales in July and August 2019 were up 141% over the same period last year while August was 146% up on average monthly sales for 2019 to date.

This increased activity can be attested to both the consumer’s demand for an alternative to the traditional real estate model as well as the unique service offering that Eazi provides to homeowners.

See below 7 reasons why Eazi is simply a better way to sell your home:

ONCE OFF FIXED FEE

Eazi charges a low, fixed fee of R39,500 all in (incl. VAT). This fee is only payable upon the successful sale of your property. Eazi can afford to charge this low fee mostly due to the utilisation of technology, which has resulted in a seamless, predominantly automated, online platform.

WE SAVE SELLERS MONEY

Where traditional estate agencies charge a percentage commission of between 5 – 7 % excluding VAT on the sale price of your home; Eazi operates on a fixed fee that remains the same regardless of the price of your home. As a result, our sellers save thousands of Rands by avoiding the varying estate agent commission costs.

THE FEE IS ALL-INCLUSIVE

With the help of technology to drive down operating costs, Eazi can provide clients with all the relevant services of a traditional real estate agency – just for a much lower, fixed fee. Included in this fee is a team of field consultants that provide a face-to-face service to assist with viewings, communication between buyer and seller, and handover, as well as an internal agent who is available to service your transaction needs. Furthermore, Eazi ensures that instructions to originators and attorneys are efficiently concluded through our centralised support services.

All of this, including high-quality media, advertising on social media and listing on the major property portals, is at no extra cost to the client.

EAZI SELLS HOMES FASTER

Eazi’s fixed fee enables sellers to price their homes more strategically. As a result listings are more attractive to buyers as soon as the property is advertised. The outcome is that Eazi has consistently been selling homes priced below R3mil on average in a third of the time of the industry average.

HIGHER PRICE REALISATION

In addition to the reduced timeframe to conclude sales, Eazi also achieves, on average, 95% of the listing prices compared with the industry average of less than 90%. This means that sellers are benefitting from both a much shorter listing to sale time period as well as a selling price within 5% of their asking price. Essentially they are getting more money (lower fixed fee in combination with a higher price realisation) and faster.

EAZI IS ALWAYS ON

Eazi acknowledges that people today lead busy lives, so in combination with our agents who provide a face-to-face, fully facilitated service, we have also designed a centralised hub for our customers to interact with 24/7. The Eazi online platform enables customers with the choice to upload their own property for sale, manage their own listing as they please, and accept, decline or counter offers with just the click of a button!

TOTAL TRANSPARENCY

Eazi believes in total transparency. Our unique bidding system enables potential buyers to submit offers online, notifying the seller in real-time where the seller can then decide to accept, counter or decline the offer. In another effort to achieve transparency, Eazi has subscribed to Trustpilot - an independent, client review platform, which affords all our clients the opportunity to rate their experience with Eazi.
