3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Unicorn shareholders are advised of the
following changes in beneficial interests in the Companys securities:

Acquisition of securities:

The Company has received notification from Afrimat Limited advising that it has acquired a beneficial
interest of 27.27% in Unicorns securities.

Disposal of securities:

The Company has received notification from Prudential Investment Managers Proprietary Limited on
behalf of its underlying clients that it has disposed of its entire beneficial interest of 5.88% in Unicorns
securities.
