A Fin24 user's mother does the whole family's tax returns for free, yet Sars now "blocks" her. The user writes:
My mom does our entire family's tax returns.
She does not receive a fee from any of us for doing this, but she has been "blocked" from doing this as the SA Revenue Service (Sars) insists that she is a tax practitioner.
How do we go about correcting this?

Sars responds:
Your mother can only complete the return. The submission must be done by the specific family member.
The best way to do this is for your mother and the relevant family member to log in using the individual family member's details, complete the return and then the individual family member can submit.
The mother cannot submit on behalf of all the family members.
