A Fin24 user, who has an administration order against him, wants to get his life back on track. He writes:
I have been under administration for some time. I believe that I have paid what I owed.
My life is at a standstill. I cannot buy a house or a car. I have paid over R200 000 in rent so far.
My lawyer is not really helpful. I want to get my finacial life back on track.

Send a letter to the administrator and ask for details of the balance owed.
Also, draw the court file to see the latest distribution account for the information.
If you obtain no co-operation from the administrator, then apply to the court in terms of section 74Q of the Magistrates Court Act 32 of 1944 to amend, rescind or suspend the order as may be appropriate.
