Hong Kong - Hong Kong stocks powered more than 2% higher on Monday morning following a record lead from Wall Street as investors welcomed dovish comments from the head of the Federal Reserve regarding interest rates.
The Hang Seng Index jumped 2.06%, or 571.22 points, to 28 243.09 by the break.
