Hong Kong - Hong Kong stocks ended the morning lower on Thursday with property firms hit by news HSBC had lifted its lending rate for the first time in 12 years after a hike by the city's de facto central bank.
The Hang Seng Index fell 0.45%, or 123.87 points, to 27 693.00 by the break.
