London - European stocks were little changed as investors prepared to hear a policy decision from the European Central Bank and Britons went to the polls in the country’s general election.
The Stoxx Europe 600 Index was at 389.88 as of 09:31, while the UK's benchmark FTSE 100 Index also held steady.
Miners and bank stocks rose the most, offsetting a drop in telecommunications shares. The Stoxx 600 dropped less than 0.1% yesterday, as energy shares slid.
