European stock markets advance at open

London - European stocks opened higher on Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.2% at 7 030.19 points.

In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 added 0.4% to 11 384.00 points and the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.3% to 5 040.68, compared with Friday's closing levels.
