SA’s producer inflation slows to 7.2% y/y

Johannesburg - South Africa's producer inflation slowed to 7.2% year-on-year in August from 7.4% in July, Statistics South Africa (StatsSA) said on Thursday.

On a month-on-month basis, prices were down 0.1%, after rising 0.8% the previous month, StatsSA said.
