SA producer prices up 6.4% for May

Annual SA producer prices for final manufactured rose by 6.4% in May, Stats SA said in a statement on Thursday. 

In April, annual prices had risen by 6.5% and in March by 6.2%. 

The main contributor to the rise was an increase in the prices of fuel, coal and petroleum prices.
