Energy Minister Jeff Radebe, who was rushed to hospital earlier on Wednesday, is recovering at home.

His spokesperson Mmabatho Ramompi told News24 that he was at home, recovering, and that there was "no emergency" and "nothing to worry about".

No further details were given on what had happened or what his condition had been.

The minister had been scheduled to answer questions in Parliament on Wednesday.
