Cape Town - As South Africans we have to ask why we spend such a lot of time discussing one family’s role in this country, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan said in Parliament on Wednesday.
"Why do we not ask how we are going to create jobs and more investments? Rather than discussing if you are pro Gupta or anti Gupta"
Gordhan was one of the minister in the economic cluster being grilled by MPs on a wide range of issues from the call for Mines Minister Mosebenzi Zwane's head, Public Enterprises Minister Lynne Brown's link to the Guptas, Minerals Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson's role in the sale of R5bn worth of fuel reserves and whether Gordhan has been captured.
