The fourth edition of Goût de/Good France that will take place in South Africa between 18 and 24 March 2019, with over 5 000 chefs across five continents participating to celebrate French gastronomy and the French art of living.
This event, started by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and chef Alain Ducasse, is inspired by Auguste Escoffier, who launched the Dîners d'Épicure initiative in 1912: the same menu, on the same day, in several world cities, for as many guests as possible.
The region of Provence will be in the spotlight this year and will be showcased during the events.
