Johannesburg - The City of Johannesburg is expanding the existing Rea Vaya Bus Rapid Transit System, Gauteng premier David Makhura said on Monday.
The buses would cover more areas in the city, Makhura said in his state-of-the-province speech in the legislature in Johannesburg.
"The city has invested a total of R2bn in this project," Makhura told MPLs.
The infrastructure investment would reshape the city's economy, he said.
