Hermanus - Upgrades of R10m have been completed at the Arabella Hotel & Spa's championship golf course.

It included a redesign of seven holes.

“To remain competitive we have to continually improve and upgrade," said golf director Jonathan Menteath.

"A new irrigation system will also reduce watering time contributing to substantial water savings, more targeted water application and lastly energy saving, which makes us a far more environmentally friendly estate.”
