Johannesburg - Rodney James has resigned from both his posts as CEO and executive director of 1time Airline, the company said.
The budget airliner, a subsidiary of 1time Holdings, also announced that Michael Kaminski would be stepping down from his post as executive director.
1time said Blacky Komani, the CEO of 1time Holdings, will take over as the CEO of 1time Airlines with immediate effect.
This is the second resignation by a senior executive in six months, after Glenn Orsmond, the co-founder of 1time stepped down in September 2011.
