Steinhoff: Frankfurt listing to take place in Q4

Johannesburg - Steinhoff International Holdings [JSE:SHF] said a planned stockmarket listing in Frankfurt will probably take place in the fourth quarter of this year, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.

“The company has made substantial progress towards the proposed listing,” the Johannesburg-based furniture retailer and manufacturer said in a statement on Monday.

The move was originally planned to be completed by the end of June, Steinhoff said in November.

The retailer will maintain a Johannesburg listing, it reiterated on Monday.
