Johannesburg - Pan African Resources [JSE:PAN] said on
Wednesday it expected earnings per share and headline earnings per share in the
six months to December 2011, denominated in pound sterling, to be between 83%
and 93% higher than the 0.53 pence per share reported in the corresponding
period a year ago.
The AIM- and JSE-listed mining group added that earnings per
share and headline earnings per share, calculated in rand terms, were expected
to be between 97% and 107% higher than the comparable period's 5.97 cents per
share.
The interim results are expected on February 22.
