The point at which South Africa finds itself is the result of "counter-revolutionary" elements within the ANC, including former president Jacob Zuma.
From blackouts to high levels of poverty and unmaintained infrastructure, former president Thabo Mbeki laid the blame on several reasons but mostly on Zuma, whom he blamed and referred to as a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Mbeki was speaking at an event at Freedom Park in Tshwane, where he reflected on 30 years of freedom.
