Dumisani Tshuma, the former KPMG audit engagement partner who has pleaded guilty misconduct, is on the hook for costs running into the millions. On Monday, Tshuma reached a settlement with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA), admitting to misconduct charges in relation to his work on the now defunct VBS Mutual Bank.
