Johannesburg - Broadcaster the SABC held a press conference on Thursday at its Auckland Park offices and the event proved to be a colourful affair.
The press conference was held after a Portfolio Committee on Communications agreed that the remaining board members should resign from their positions.

SABC board chairperson Professor Mbulaheni Maguvhe told reporters on Thursday that he would not be stepping down.
Newly-appointed general executive for corporate affairs Hlaudi Motsoeneng said that it was up to the SABC to decide whether he would stay.
