SA TV tech presenter hits the big time

Cape Town - Local TV presenter Ndoni Khanyile will be spreading her wings as she embarks on an international career with Al Jazeera.

Khanyile who hosts the Tech Report on ENCA will move to the Doha-based broadcaster as the presenter of a new show, Innovate Africa.

"Africa Innovates isn’t just about the tech; it's about innovative thinking that uses technology as a tool for problem-solving on a young continent that is on the move," she said.

Ndoni studied Theatre and Performance at the University of Cape Town, before receiving a Masters degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University, which she attended as the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship and the William and Ceil Africa Pulitzer Fellowship.
