Johannesburg - Infidelity website Ashley Madison - which suffered a major cyber breach earlier this year - is forecast to disappear in 2016, according to a 24/7 WallStreet prediction.
Every year, business and economy website 27/7 WallStreet identifies 10 US brands that it predicts will disappear, either through declining sales and losses, rising costs, bankruptcies or because of mergers.
The website says that its predictions have fared differently each year with companies such as Blockbuster, DirecTV, American Apparel, and Sony Ericsson having either gone bankrupt or having been acquired since appearing on its list. Meanwhile, other of its predictions, such as Alaska Air, have been “dead wrong” said the website.
