Johannesburg - South Africa’s third largest mobile network Cell C says its mobile virtual network operator partnerships have resulted in the sign-up of “over one million customers”.
Mobile virtual network operators, or MVNOs, run on top of existing networks, but offer their own products, retail prices, customer service, billing systems, marketing and sales.
MVNOs such as FNB Connect and me&you mobile have launched their services in the last 18 months by riding atop Cell C’s network.
