FNB says services restored, but clients continue to bash bank

Johannesburg - FNB said it restored banking after a glitch knocked out access to services. However, users are reportedly still experiencing issues.

Spokesperson Peter Alkema told Fin24 that FNB had experienced intermittent connectivity issues that impacted access to select services on Friday morning.

“We can confirm that access to all our banking services has been fully restored."

The bank apologised to impacted customers for the inconvenience caused,” he said.

Despite this, users took to Twitter to slate the bank.
