PLAYING GAMES on a cellphone hardly sounds like serious business. However, there are companies printing money from it. International IT research and consulting firm Gartner predicts the global market for mobile gaming will reach US$6,3bn in 2011. That's hardly surprising, given the gaming industry as a whole has already started to eclipse Hollywood in revenues and that people are steadily replacing their computers with mobile phones for many tasks.
