In the increasingly competitive business world it is becoming harder for companies to differentiate themselves on price or product, but through social media they are able to create new and distinct personalities.
"Never before have we had the opportunity to connect with networks of people on such a qualitative and intimate level," said Stopforth.
"It is a little risky, but that risk opens up a lot of opportunities for companies to do amazing things and differentiate themselves in the process."
