Load shedding scheduled

Cape Town - Eskom announced on Saturday that Stage 2 load shedding would be implemented on Sunday from 08:00 until 22:00.

"While we do not anticipate that there will be a need to implement load shedding tomorrow [Sunday], there will be load shedding on Sunday from 08:00 until 22:00," Eskom said in a statement.

"This will be in an effort to build up reserves for the coming week. We would like to thank our customers for their patience and support in using electricity sparingly during the early morning and evening peak periods.
