Stop thinking and start doing

Fin24 user Daniel Oosthuizen was one of many who sent in comments on reports that FNB has bowed to political pressure on its controversial ad campaign. He writes:

Hi there South Africa,

I think that when the innocent speak we fear.

Why? because we are wrong.

I think that when the truth be told, we hide behind race, colour or creed.

There cannot be faith in the Lord our God anymore because if you mention his name you are a racist - because you do not fill the new South Africa’s beliefs.

It is time that people go back to what the little voice says. Is it right or wrong?

Not whether it is black or white.

That is a conscience or the bigger picture.

God talking to you. Give respect to those who give you respect. Do what is right not wrong and put our faith back in God, whom I and many others believe created all.

This was the rainbow nation and still can be. Let all of us that get along every day not let politics and those (we face) every day influence our future.

Ou elders are being murdered and disrespected every day.

A little village stood together in this week to fix a road that has not been maintained by the municipality by our elders. Some being 77 years of age, just so they could have transport and medical assistance.

What have we come to? Not looking after our elders.

So let’s stop thinking and start doing!

Not as we are doing.

Lets help one another as it states in the bible. Turn the other cheek when need be. Stop hating each other and learn to love each other in the godly way.

The only difference that I have seen in this country is the voice that speaks. and all that I hear from the few is the fear and hate that brought us to this small and dismal present.

Let us change this and become what no other country has become. Not reverse roles, making the same mistakes.

Let us become a God-fearing nation like no other, because without him we are nothing.

This is my belief  and have no fear of reprisal because I answer to God and God only.

Thanks for the read and hope to make a difference through God.
