African Bank's curator, Tom Winterboer of PwC, responds:
African Bank has communicated directly with our staff on how the curatorship affects them and have indicated terms and conditions of employment, including salary, medical aid and pension contributions, stay the same.
The rights and interests of employees are protected in accordance with the requirements of all relevant labour laws.
