Johannesburg - Nearly two weeks after Minister of Finance Nhlanhla Nene took to the podium at Parliament for his maiden budget speech, South Africans continue to deliberate, debate and discuss the budget.

“By providing an environment conductive to people development, we may have a greater chance as a nation to achieve our long-term objectives,” he says.
