Hong Kong - Hong Kong stocks ticked back up on Tuesday morning after losing almost 1% the previous day, but investors remain on edge ahead of Donald Trump's inauguration at the end of the week.
The Hang Seng Index added 99.27 points, to finish the morning at 22 817.42.
But the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index declined 15.52 points, to 3 087.91 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, fell 12.18 points, to 1 839.23.
