New York - Wall St stocks were mixed in early trade Tuesday ahead of widely anticipated testimony before Congress by US Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen.
About 25 minutes into the session, the Dow Jones Industrial Average stood at 18 146, up 28.71 points (0.16%).
The broad-based S&P 500 edged up 0.36 (0.02%) to 2 110, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 6.26 (0.13%) to 4 955.
