London - Europe's main stock markets rebounded further on Thursday, mirroring gains elsewhere, as investors welcomed improving Chinese economic data.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index jumped 1.22% to 6 135.56 points and the Paris CAC 40 leapt 1.41% to 4 518.03 compared with Wednesday's close.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 won almost 1.0% to 9 757.04 points, with scandal-hit carmaker Volkswagen adding 3.12% to €100.80.
The region's equities had also swept higher on Wednesday as investors snapped up bargain shares and eyed hopes of more eurozone stimulus, after recent heavy falls sparked by global growth worries.
