Johannesburg - The Johannesburg Stock Exchange said on Tuesday that some users were unable to see market data due to a system glitch, but that trade had not been halted.

Head of JSE investor relations, Michelle Joubert said they were experiencing technical problems regarding the updating of the indices.

"This is due to international links to London; however the market is continuing to operate as normal and has not been halted as reported.

Joubert said the JSE and its service providers were working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
