Johannesburg - The benchmark Top 40 - (Tradeable) [JSE:J200]
index hit a record high on Thursday, edging up 0.8% to 36,033.00, led by
companies such as industrial conglomerate Bidvest Group and diversified miner
African Rainbow Minerals.
The All Share [JSE:J203] index also scaled a lifetime high
at 40,478.69, up 0.7%.
