"We've got A$25bn of (aircraft) orders out there right now, and we fully expect to be making more orders within the next two months," chief executive Geoff Dixon told a media briefing in Sydney after unveiling a 50% increase in full year net profit.
The airline is expected to take delivery of the first of 65 Boeing 787 "Dreamliner" aircraft and 20 Airbus A380 superjumbos in July next year, and nine A320 aircraft for its Jetstar discount airline from December.
