Paris - The board of EADS, the parent company of European plane manufacturer Airbus, has approved a restructuring plan for the group, EADS said in a statement on Monday.
"The EADS board of directors today unanimously approved the Power8 plan for the transformation of Airbus," a statement from EADS said.
