Thomas Kalaris becomes chief executive of Barclays Wealth Management. Kalaris was previously a member of the Barclays Capital executive committee and head of distribution and research.
Jerry del Missier and Grant Kvalheim become co-presidents of Barclays Capital. Kvalheim and del Missier previously headed up the investment banking and rates/equity businesses respectively.
Roger Jenkins, head of structured capital markets at Barclays Capital, will continue to report to Robert Diamond Jr, president of Barclays, as will Rich Ricci, chief operating officer across Diamond's investment banking and investment management businesses and Robert Morrice, chief executive of Asia Pacific.
Blake Grossman will become the sole chief executive officer of Barclays Global Investors, a role formerly shared with Andrew Skirton.
Skirton will be leaving BGI to pursue other interests.
