to Relate CEO Neil Robinson, the enterprise's ability to operate as a
business and put business principles into place is what caught the
interest of Harvard.
"What got Harvard excited is the fact that we are a social enterprise NPO that operates as a business," he said. "We try to make a profit, then give it all away."
