Washington - The International Monetary Fund has reached a staff-level agreement to assist Tunisia with a four-year loan programme worth about $2.8bn, IMF Middle East and Central Asia Director Masood Ahmed said on Friday.
Ahmed made the announcement at a news conference during the IMF and World Bank spring meetings in Washington.
