Gordhan's full affidavit

Johannesburg - Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan has accused Oakbay Investments for shifting its position on the closing of bank accounts, according to the latest affidavit filed by the minister on Monday. 

Gordhan filed his counter affidavit in the North Gauteng High Court in Tshwane after Oakbay Investments filed court papers on January 20.
