Johannesburg - South Africa's net gold and foreign exchange reserves were at $41.308bn in October, up slightly from $41.153bn in September, Reserve Bank data showed on Friday.
Gross reserves however dipped to $46.051bn from $46.126bn previously. The forward position, which represents the central bank's unsettled or swap transactions, was at $2.228bn in October versus $2.19bn.
