Cape Town - The South African Revenue Service (SARS) declined to provide members of parliament serving on the finance standing committee a report on a "rogue" unit within the service, citing intelligence concerns.
Committee chairperson Yunus Carrim - who had invited SARS commissioner Tom Moyane to brief the committee on the Sikhakhane report - on Wednesday noted that the report would be discussed with the joint standing committee on intelligence before being released to the finance committee.
The report is now expected to be released to a committee at a later stage.
